If you already have a subscription but fail to log-in to the app, please try the following:
- Sign out of your iTunes / Google account on your device
- Restart your device
- Sign back into your iTunes / Google account
- Relaunch the Tone & Sculpt app before you try using it again
If you have not subscribed and cannot sign-up at all, please make sure that there are no spaces before or after your e-mail address when you enter it.
If you have previously been using auto-fill, try entering everything manually instead.
If you are still experiencing this issue after trying the above, please submit a request to our Support Team from https://support.toneandsculptapp.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and:
- Let us know what device you are using (type and model)
- Let us know which OS version you are using
- Send us a screen recording of the issue occurring
